World Trade Week Southern California Awards are presented during the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce’s Annual World Trade Week Kickoff Conference, recognizing companies that have made outstanding contributions to the international business community. More than one candidate may be submitted and more than one award may be presented in each category. Self-nominations will be accepted and are encouraged. Nominations can be from Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. Recipients must be available to receive the award on May 2, 2023 at the 97th Annual World Trade Week Kickoff Conference. Please complete and submit by Friday, March 10, 2023. The Export Achievement Award recognizes companies that have demonstrated success in exporting products or services or have provided export services to others over the past four years.
The Innovator in Trade Award recognizes companies that have applied or developed innovative products or services to improve or transform processes and procedures to increase international trade and enhance global competitiveness.
The Foreign Direct Investment Award recognizes companies who have established U.S. operations in the five-county area and made significant contributions to the Southern California economy through financial investment in California companies or the establishment of local facilities.
